Brief What should I include in the message?
A short description of the problem, the current setup if there is one, and when you need something live. A link, screenshot, or brief helps. If the scope is still fuzzy, say so. We can help shape it.
Reply How soon will you reply?
We work Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Messages during those hours usually get a reply the same working day. After hours, we pick it up the next working morning.
Engineering Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. We review what is already there, including older stacks, then extend it, or recommend a rebuild only if that is actually the cheaper path. We can join your team or run delivery ourselves.
Stack Which technologies do you use?
Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Laravel, React, and Next.js are the stacks we work with most. We choose tools for the product, not because a framework is having a moment.
Pricing How does pricing work?
When the work is clear, we quote a fixed scope. When you need an ongoing team, we use a retainer. Either way you get a written proposal with deliverables before work starts. An NDA is available before discovery.
Support What happens after launch?
We can stay on for monitoring, fixes, performance, and new features. Some teams keep a dedicated group; others come back when they have a specific piece of work.
